5-10 years of experience in Human Resources rolesDegree in Human Resources Management or related fieldKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management abilitiesEffective communication skills, both written and verbalStrong ethics and reliability
