Customer Service Assistant

responding with accurate information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization
- follow up with customer on the quotation status and perform negotiation skill to close the deal
- handle customer sales order
- to perform ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader when needed
Job Requirements:
