Purchasing Assistant

_**Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible to handling purchasing.
- Handling and tendering the customer order.
- Preparing invoice, delivery notes, debit note, and credit note to customer.
- Handling delivery, transportation, local and overseas shipment.
- Responsible on stock receive, stock adjustment and inventory control.
- Administrative assistants perform administrative and office such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
- **Requirement**:_
- Fresh graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of working experience.
- Positive working attitude, high integrity and learning skill with good teamwork.
- Required language(s) Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Full-time position(s) available.
**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
