Handle Front Desk operation such as handling arrivals, check-ins ( registration) and departures for check-outs of all the Resorts guests.
- Responding promptly to all guests requests, enquiries and complains.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Welcoming visitors with greetings, and clear directions and address them appropriately.
- Handle call-in inquiries at the reception counter including answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Maintain office security by following a safety procedure and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook). Assist with office administrative matters such as filing, photocopying, and other tasks assigned by the superior.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
