Product Owner, Oasis Observability Platform

About the Role
The Tooling Services organization is looking for an experienced Product Owner to strengthen and expand their organization.
As a member of the Tooling Services organization, which is part of the Technology Platform, you will be responsible for the full-service lifecycle of OASIS Big Data Platform that meets the customer's needs in the Observability & Analytics space.
Summary on focus area of the role:

2) You will closely collaborate with the customers of your squad to understand the customer needs.
3) You are responsible for defining and prioritizing functional and non-functional requirements (stories) in the Squad Backlog, accepting requirements (stories) as completed and acting as owner of technical product escalations.
What to Expect:
- Prepare, plan, co-ordinate, lead and be responsible for the development, testing and installations of medium size/complexity/risk systems and/or projects across functional and geographical lines and review progress regularly with customers and own management.
- Meet with the customer to identify needs and requirements and manage solution development ensuring effectiveness in meeting customers’ needs.
- Analyze input/output requirements, information flow, technical requirements, resources needed and select between alternative systems solutions in order to make a proposal to the customer. Create complex prototypes.
- Validate technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutions.
- Provide functional support and leadership to staff and customers, lead and direct teams and/or medium siz/complexity/risk projects and assist and give guidance in resolving problems.
- Ensure production of complete systems documentation and operating procedures. Give presentations to management and customers.
- May, in line with established procedures, organize, coordinate, and deliver the output of one or several teams of specialists. May be consulted on people
- and departmental management issues.
- Lead design review meetings.
- Able to work within a global organization with counterparts in EU and US.
What will make you successful:
Experience
- 5 or more years’ experience in systems development and or Product Management/Ownership.
- 2 or more years exposure to the team leader role
- 3 or more years’ experience in Observability and Analytics space, and Big Data Platform related fields
- Understand how development evolutions impact the operational behavior of the service offered towards Swift internal customers.
- Experience in Elastic observability stack is a plus
- Experience in linking observability & operational monitoring through machine learning (AIOps) is a plus
