**Responsibilities**:

- As a product owner, you are responsible for the continuous development of the assigned products / components of products, by building innovative features which will provide high business value for our customers.
- Work with product manager and business owner to shape the product vision and develop the roadmap of product.
- Develop functional specifications supported with technical concepts and budget estimations, based on given business requirements.
- Work with other product owners together to ensure end-to-end integration across solution landscape is achieved.
- Responsible for product release management, including planning scope and timelines for the releases, while adhering to the agreed budget.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, refine backlogs with scrum team(s) and agree with the team on acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate quality management processes.
- Take responsibility for functional documentation, such as product requirements specification, functional and design specification, configuration documentation and user manual.

**Requirements**:
Must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years’ experience as product owner in software development
- 5+ years’ experience in one of the following industries (Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing,
- Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or Finance)
- Good understanding of software development process
- Advanced knowledge in UX/UI design
- Willingness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude with motivation to succeed and grow
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Excellent project management skills
- Solid team player
- Optional but great plus:

- External facing account/customer management experience
- Knowledge of SAFe (scaled agile framework)
- Experience on working with international team
