**Responsibilities**:

- Device Diagnosis: Inspect mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues. Use diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint problems accurately.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Perform hardware repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and component soldering.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain mobile devices during the repair process.
- Replace damaged or faulty components like cameras, speakers, and charging ports.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Safely backup and restore customer data before and after repairs.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough testing of devices post-repair to verify functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest mobile device technology and repair techniques.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, device details, and repair procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of working experience in a related industry.
- Preferably possess a SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- Highly adaptable to change and able to keep up with the fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Handle hazardous materials (e.g., batteries) safely and responsibly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
