**Areas of Accountability and Key Tasks**
- Understanding the customer's needs and developing business solutions to meet Power Root’s and customer requirements.
- Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.
- Interpreting sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Power Root and the customer(s).
- Maximize customer investment to generate best ROI
- Meeting sales, volume and profitability target set by management
- Working with the sales representatives/executives to identify risks and opportunities and develop customer plans that profitably increase sales, distribution and market share
- Presenting and activating programs to the customer at regional and/or store level.
- Conducting listing negotiations at store level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- FMCG: 1 year (required)
