**General Scope of Work**

Encompasses a critical role within the organization's Management Team. Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, the FE is entrusted with overseeing the organization's ongoing operations and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.

The FE is responsible for oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures.

The FE role is a key member of site management team, reporting to Operation Manager.

**Key Results Areas**

**OPERATIONS**

1. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business is a core responsibility of the FE. This includes overseeing various operational functions to meet the Customer set KPI which are as follows:

- 2. Regularly monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess the performance of different business functions and identify areas for improvement.

Cleaner attendance as per SLA - 100%

To achieve 0% APD from MPV

To achieve 100% response time

To achieve Cleaning Performance > 85%

To achieve Pest Control Performance > 95%

The FE to collaborates with Operation Manager to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

STAFF MANAGEMENT This involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising housekeeping staff. The FE must ensures that all staff members are adequately trained in proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
