**Responsibility**
- Conduct workshops and motivational talks for international students.
- Assist in student activities and provide training to the Sunway International Student Ambassador leaders.
- Conduct briefing in Welcome Receptions on topics regarding coping with cultural shock and home sickness.
- Conduct briefing in the Academic Staff Induction Programme organised by Academic Enhancement Unit of Sunway University.
- Provide mentoring and counselling to international students who require assistance.
- Assist in cases or crisis related to student welfare.
- Assist in organising visits to and from other institution and international visitors to Sunway Campus for the student mobility programme.
- Prepare statistics, reports and updates, and provide support on matters related to student mobility initiatives and activities.
- Oversee airport pick-up services and handle the Welfare Hotline. Assist in ad hoc project.

**Requirement**
- At least 5 years of working experience with minimum 3 years experience in the education industry, preferably in similar capacity.
- Good organisational, cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and able to travel on short notice if the need arises.
- Pleasant disposition, approachable, friendly, flexible, purpose driven and a high achiever.
- Independent, with a strong sense of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
- Multilingual verbal and written language competency will be an added advantage. Exprience of handling customer service hotline and / or managing student welfare (e.g. house warden) will be an added advantage.
