The role focuses on securing capability building by managing the overall Security change program for security-related projects within and outside Global IT. Responsibilities include defining and driving the strategic roadmap, continuous improvement, translating improvement areas into initiatives, prioritizing activities, ensuring controlled delivery, and managing financial budgets. The role plays a crucial part in communicating progress, risks, and opportunities for both the Security Change roadmap and services provided, balancing financial control with desired program outcomes.
- An important part of this role is financial budget control for the whole CISO Office part of the program from run the function to innovation and balance this with the desired outcomes of the CISO Office program.What we ask
- Higher Vocational / Applied sciences/ Bachelor (HBO) / Master (WO) thinking level.
- 12 Years of working experience.
- Working experience as project, program or portfolio manager.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the different areas of the cyber security landscape, tools, services etc.
- Certified information security manager (CISSP/CISM).
- Ability to communicate on corporate Director and ITLT level in and outside own IT discipline.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership in realizing value for the business, shows business acumen having excellent people and process management skills as well as understanding of Information/Cyber security landscape and know how to manage this.

- Together with the CISO and Security architect define the strategic objectives for the future (Security roadmap). Translate strategy into a 3 year roadmap, architecture and yearly plans (this forms the basis for the overall IT Security Program for the whole of RFC);
- Translate (yearly) Security maturity assessments findings into improvement initiatives for the roadmap in line with the overall strategic objectives.
- Collect, prioritize and balance internal as well as external project/improvement request (from IT and business) and incorporate these in the roadmap.

Run CISO Office Change Program
- Create a controlled program framework to have E2E traceability of change initiatives to standard security Frameworks, CISO OFFICE domains and strategic objectives.
- Create a change delivery framework to ensure a controlled delivery of the initiatives in the program and take part in Steering Committees of high relevant projects within the Program.
- Manage own security initiatives within the program as well as 3rd parties as part of the change delivery.
- Be the portfolio manager for CISO OFFICE in the portfolio community of Global IT and key contact regarding issues and questions from stakeholders regarding status of the Security. roadmap. Provide transparent status updates for ITLT on progress of the program and financials to manage expectations (e.g. via MBR).

Improvements of internal activities, WOW
- Responsible to introduce an Agile way of working within the team, to provide transparency and enable prioritization of activities and small innovations and inbound requests by actively. managing the CISO OFFICE Internal backlog.
- Conduct lean sessions with team members for work done in their area of expertise and define small improvement areas that will be picked up in an agile way.
- Coach and support the team where needed to structure and organize their work.

Financial Control
- Centrally manage the CISO Office budget and costs related to the CISO Office program.
- As part of financial control keep track of (and manage if needed) the CISO Office Purchase Orders within COUPA and be the CISO OFFICE finance/budget champion within IT.
