**Portfolio Governance**

**Responsibilities /Accountabilities**
- Govern internal Portfolio Management policies and procedures, including periodic reviews and updates.
- Lead the set up and establishment of governance framework and processes within Portfolio Management. Continuous review through gathering feedback from stakeholders, recommend and implement improvement of portfolio processes and framework to optimize efficiencies and effectiveness of the function.
- Drive progress of portfolio decisions, including managing forum agenda, and content for approvals at the relevant decision forums, to ensure Integration ambitions and synergies are achieved.
- Consolidate and review inputs from Portfolio Managers and other key stakeholders in preparing materials and/or reports of portfolio prioritization, progress and performance for management reporting purposes (e.g. at POC/CDIC/BOD).
- Ensure decisions and actions from the decision forums are adequately documented, tracked and followed up on status update of actions arising and ensure timely closure of actions.
- Prepare Board papers and slides, and other management reporting requirements.
- Assist to lead/support any other additional internal Transformation programmes (e.g. Synergy Tracking & Reporting STAR Programme) to ensure realization of company targets and ambitions

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in governance related work, e.g. understanding of risk and controls, writing/reviewing policies and procedures
- Experience in leading process improvement projects, program management, and risk, control and governance initiatives
- Operational experience is an added advantage to designing internal processes.
- Stakeholder management with good interpersonal skills to communicate, including ability to challenge and facilitate difficult conversations with key stakeholders.
- Proactive and has problem solving skills to assist / challenge businesses in thinking differently.
- Analytical, proactive and has good organizational skills.
- Ability to be an objective value champion and fact-based to offer independent evaluations and recommendations.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
