**Your Role**:
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects
- Meet and exceed financial targets for profitable sales volume and achieve strategic objectives in assigned customer segment and product portfolio.
- Driving for **Pharma, Government, Hospital and Academia segments** for Centre and within Malaysia
- Responsible for Life Science Reagents, Kits & Chemicals, and Cell Culture & Molecular Workflow Tools.
- Key account management by building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Create, develop and execute leads generations plan to ensure generation of substantive sales opportunity pipelines and continuous expansion of customer database.
- Provide accurate sales forecast for assigned account and monthly report with quality insights meeting reporting dateline
- Support and execute approved business development programs.
- Market information gathering, up-dating and reporting initiative.
- Implement and building customers' retention, expansion and relationship management programs.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor/Diploma in Science or equivalent preferable with chemistry/biology academic background
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Meticulous and able to work independently to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with executive management and regional team from diverse background
- Willing to travel within Malaysia
