- Develops and completes client deliverables, including interior plans, elevations, and finish boards

- Develops space requirement programs, space plans, and conceptual designs with team
- Review work for design integrity, accuracy, clarity, and quality
- Researches and recommend materials, codes/specifications as they relate to project solutions
- Forms a client and consultant interface and project leader throughout the project

**POSITION REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
- Experience in Commercial Interiors such as Workplace/Corporate, Healthcare, and Retail, is highly preferred
- Actively pursuing, or has completed, licensure or certification
- Knowledge and understanding of building codes, and local permitting experience
- Knowledge of project costs and contracts

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the design process, including colour and materials, and specifications
- Strong communication skills required to demonstrate design ideas and direction, both verbally and graphically
- Ability to work on multiple projects quickly and simultaneously while maintaining quality and customer service
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written & communication
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, SketchUp (including walkthrough), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, D5 Rendering

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
