**Primary Objective**:

- Develop overall long-term strategy of Group Retail; ensure strategy gets translated into Themes
- Develop both long term and short term strategy of customer segments & touchpoints; ensure strategy gets translated into Themes/quest
- Ensure alignment between segment/touchpoint strategy and overall Group Retail Strategy
- Drive key cross-tribe quest/themes

**Key Responsibilities**:
Purpose of the role:

- Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
- Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
- Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
- Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
- Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
- Analyse data and solves data-related issues
- Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis
- Design, implement and monitor retail banking projects
- Drive the development and co-ordination of mandatory GRB management reportings
- Co-ordinate GRB yearly budget review and KPI settings with the respective stakeholders
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

At least 2 years experience in Retail Banking business, Marketing / Financial Sales
- Understand various customer journey
- Analyze information analytically to derive valuable insights
- Good written and verbal communication skills
