Company Secretarial Executive

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Assist the Company Secretary in all secretarial functions to ensure statutory compliance with
- provisions of the Companies Act 2016
- Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant authorities as and when
- required
- To coordinate the collation or uploading of meeting materials for Board Members and
- Management meetings papers
- To attend Board Members meetings and other meetings where necessary
- To review or prepare resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents
- To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned or needed and any other administrative tasks
- To liaise with both external and internal auditor and etc as and when required
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of
- Management and staff
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate from Public Administration with knowledge of Company Act
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience handling corporate secretarial matters
- Good inter-personal, communication skills, verbal and writing abilities
- Willing to learn and accept challenges
- Minimum required language(s): English and Malay / Mandarin
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to take on duties outside job specification
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Willing to work in Sitiawan, Perak
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
