**Responsibilities**:
Oversee company financial position, and monitor banking and financing activities, covenants, capital structure, and hedging arrangements as and where applicable.

Coordinate the preparation of the company financial statements and management discussion and analysis (annual and interim).

Coordinate the annual audit with the company's external auditors. Oversee the company processes for identifying, assessing, and managing the principal risk of the company business Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the company.

Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance the internal control systems within the company when necessary.

Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the company.

Requirements: Bachelor's /Degree in accounting, finance, or similar.

At least (5-8) years of working experience in the field. A certified management accountant (CMA) is preferred.

Proficiency in business management and accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamic GP.

Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.

Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Job
