**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
- Assist in implement, maintain and troubleshoot on MIS systems (computer hardware & software, servers, printers, network infrastructures, internet services, etc)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ERP system implementation, integration and system support.
- To manage IT asset movement and update the IT asset database.
- Handle any ad hoc assignment from management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Good command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Own transport and willing to travel to retail outlets when necessary.
- Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
