**Position: Assistant Accounts Manager (Operation) - Retail Grocery Chain**
- **Salary**: Up to MYR 6,500 per month

**Requirements**:

- Hold a degree or equivalent in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts-related fields, preferably with prior experience in the hypermarket or supermarket industry.
- Possess a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- Demonstrate independence, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
- Have a keen attention to detail and the capacity to analyze large volumes of data.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the Group Accounting Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of major projects, month-end, and year-end reports. This includes preparing full sets of accounts, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets for the Group of Companies, as well as generating monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts, aging reports, and financial analysis reports. Conduct monthly reconciliations, including bank, cash, intercompany, sales, and purchase reconciliations.
- Develop and enhance department controls, processes, and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency in line with the businesses of the Group Companies.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for yearly account audits, finalizing June year-end accounts for submission.
- Provide training, supervision, and task delegation to staff members, reviewing their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system.
- Perform other operational duties such as monitoring rental collections and billing systems, overseeing debtor aging, and reviewing the Cashiering Department.

**Salary**: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
