Role Purpose:
As an Agile Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Scrum Masters; you will be responsible for leading and facilitating agile practices within our organization to drive efficient and effective project delivery. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of agility, continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team and across the
- organisation, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Remove any impediments or blockers that may prevent the team from achieving their goals,
- escalating issues when necessary and facilitating resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging Agile methodologies, proactively
- recommending and implementing process improvements where applicable.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of agile practices and provide regular updates to management on team performance, progress, and any identified risks or dependencies.
- Advocate for the adoption of an agile mindset across the organisation, promoting collaboration, transparency, adaptability, and customer-centricity.

**Leadership and Management**
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the development teams and stakeholders in adopting and implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant frameworks.
- Coach and mentor individuals and teams on agile principles, values, and best practices, helping them to continuously improve their agile processes, collaboration, and self-organisation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance team productivity, quality, and delivery speed. Continuously refine and optimise agile practices to meet evolving business needs.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, project managers, and business leaders, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Enable effective decision-making, issue resolution, and conflict management within the team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.
- Encourage experimentation and the adoption of new tools, techniques, and technologies to optimise team performance.
- Organise and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on agile principles, methodologies, and related practices.

Any other duties that may be required by your Manager or the Company, providing you have been adequately trained to execute them. These duties may be required from time to time or on a permanent basis.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as an Agile Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and related frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals and teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues and navigate through ambiguity.
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are desirable.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and software development practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD) is a plus.
