Draughtsman

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing working drawings, construction details and detailed drawings.
- Preparing tender drawing for submissions.
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Assisting in design projects from concept development until completion.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations, ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Collaborating with other construction professionals.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in architecture and any relevant qualification.
- At least 3 years of working experience with a **track record of recent completed projects **from inception to Tender, Construction, Final Account till CMGD.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Adept at using Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.
- Possess own transport.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
