Production Planner

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Precast Concrete Planner. The precast concrete planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of precast concrete projects, ensuring efficient and timely completion. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans, considering timelines, resource requirements, and client specifications. Material Coordination: Determine the necessary precast concrete components and materials required for each project, considering quantities, specifications, and quality standards. Production Scheduling: Create detailed production schedules, considering production capacity, equipment availability, and manpower allocation to ensure on-time delivery of precast concrete elements. Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that precast concrete elements meet design specifications and industry standards. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, production records, material usage, and quality control reports. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the precast concrete manufacturing process and implement effective solutions. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum SPM, Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience (1 years) in precast concrete experience or a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes, including design, production, and installation. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
