Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring that information is current and organized.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of all data entry tasks, making it easy to track and retrieve information when needed.

Data Retrieval: Retrieve and extract information from databases or digital records as requested by authorized personnel.

Data Security: Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data by following established data protection and privacy protocols.

Quality Control: Perform quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.

Document Scanning: Convert paper documents into digital formats using scanning equipment and software.

File Management: Organize and manage electronic files and documents in a systematic manner
