**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibilities List are for both BNPP Malaysia Berhad & BNPP Labuan Branch (whenever applicable):

- Responsible for day-to-day smooth and efficient operations of the Team including liaising and coordinating with the Back Office.
- To perform trade processing activities in order to achieve operational excellence in meeting the desired agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) by providing fast, accurate and efficient support services to all counterparty
- Liaise with Trade Centre, Marketing Officers and Risk whenever necessary regarding solutions for adhoc transactions touching on customer’s risks and commitments or irregular transactions.
- To ensure and always adhere to regulatory requirement.
- Handling on technical problems [with guidance from Head of Operation where applicable] relating to all matters concerning bills/guarantees. Checking irregular/overdue/unpaid bills and take necessary actions as agreed with the client and Marketing Officer
- Identify problems and implement solutions affecting the transaction processing system.
- Participate in preparing data and document during audits.
- Prepare the regulatory reporting related to Trade Operation
- To ensure timely monthly reporting to respective parties required and reconciliation.
- Participate in procedures and operations reviews.
- Prepare manual voucher and mail confirmation / advice to counterparty on a timely basis.
- Improving Trade Operation delivery and processing capabilities and enhancing existing trade products and services features and benefit to meet customer’s needs.
- Able to train on the system and workflow in Trade for new hire.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Head of Operations from time to time.
- Control and monitor outsourced activities
- Perform ITIS reporting - adhere to timeline and 100% accuracy
- “Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions (“AML/FS”) related duties - Operations are an integral part of the control framework including for AML/FS topics. In that respect, in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FS-related Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls, and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision.”
- Bring Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
- Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by implementing sufficient regular controls
- Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
- Comply with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
- Comply with the BNPP standards of Code of Conduct
- Comply with the BNPP IT Security policies

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree Holder preferable
- Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience in similar capacity
- Accurate, detailed, comfortable with numbers
- Able to handle large volumes of transactions, work well under pressure
