Career Horizons is partnering with a Multinational Group headquarter in Thailand. The group specializes in chemical manufacturing and due to expansion in the team, they are looking for a Financial Controller to be based in Nilai, Seremban.
- Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/financial/accounting functions inclusive of Financial Planning, Budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc.
- Carry out financial analysis and offer professional opinions and investment advice.
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters and any other corporate governance.
- Oversee cash flow projection of the company to control payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
- To establish operational budgets and manage company cash flow to ensure all audit findings points are promptly resolved.
- Maintaining relationship with external auditors and banks.
- Assist in listing exercise for group of companies.
- Perform Ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activities.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to align financial objectives, facilitate strategic initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and investors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- A master's degree or ACCA/CPA certification is required.
- 8-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong bilingual skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pivot Table)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
