Sales Admin and Credit Control Executive

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the team on progress and activities of sales admin / credit control.

Handle daily sales & credit admin on completed projects - process of transfer (MOT) / strata titles.

Attend sub-sales / refinance / auction matters and issue confirmation & undertaking letters to end-financiers and solicitors.

Prepare and submit all required KPKT reports (Form 7F / NAPIC) in a timely manner.

Attend to calls and enquiries from purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors.

Maintain a good filing record system of purchasers' file and database.

Assist and take part on any property development / management activities and any ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

A professional certificate, Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field.

At least 3 years hands-on working experience in Sales Admin / Credit Control in Property Development Industry.

Proficient in IFCA's Developer system and MS Office.

Knowledge of Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS) and KPKT compliance.

Responsible, independent, initiative, positive working attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Applicant must be willing to work in Kajang, Selangor.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
