As a Management Trainee at DAQ GROUP, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in various roles within the logistics industry. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to different departments and functions within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Rotational Assignments**: Rotate through different departments such as operations, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and customer service to gain a holistic understanding of the logistics business.

**Learn Industry Best Practices**: Gain insight into industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.

**Project Management**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects, analyze data, and present findings to management.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

**Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics management and related fields.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Collect and analyze data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness of logistics operations.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all aspects of operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
