HR Executive/hr Officer

**EMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION, RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION**
- Preparing manpower requirements.
- Managing recruitment and assessing placement of practical students.
**INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS**
- Monitor and ensure the pending case has been updated according to the due date.
- Plan, establish and monitor personnel policies and according to Employee Handbook and as provisions of government.
- To plan and monitor the Domestic Inquiry process.
- Liaise with government agencies regarding cases related to the employee.
- Ensure all the procedure and policies as in the provisions government and acts have been followed.
**WELFARE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- Manage the welfare scheme such as medical benefits, EPF and SOCSO.
- Establish, organize and monitor social and recreational facilities and activities for employees such as annual dinners, parties, visit to place of interest etc.
**EMPLOYEE EDUCATION, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT**
- Conduct and do Training Need Analysis.
- Planning, organizing and coordinating in-house and external training for the employee.
**Staff Evaluation**
- Preparing appraisal for department head to evaluate staff’s performance.
- Assist department head to evaluate staff performance.
**Staff Discipline**
- Ensure pending case has been updated.
- Plan, establish and monitor personnel policies and according to Employee Handbook.
- Monitor staff discipline according to hotel’s policies, procedure and Employee Handbook.
**Payroll**
- Prepare payroll for all staff.
- Prepare all statutory (EPF, SOCSO and etc).
- Prepare all allowance such as part time, overtime and etc.
- Maintains records of staff.
- Prepare year end EA Forms for all staff.
**Staff Uniform**
- Check all uniform given to staff
- Order new uniform.
**Annual Leave**
**Staff File**
**Locker**
**Manage Trainee (Local & International)**
- Liaise with Government **(ESD) **(For international Trainee)
**Outsource**
- Prepare monthly attendance report to be send to outsource company.
- Ensure invoice received according to monthly attendance report.
**Attendance**
**Perform any task may be assigned by management.**
**Prefer short notice**
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
