Responsible for the full spectrum of HR support and manage the day-to-day HR operations.
1) Payroll Administer
- Process monthly payroll on timely basis, perform thorough checking and verify accuracy of salary payout, OT calculation, allowance, commission & incentive payment and any other pay elements.
- Record and check daily employee attendance by using time attendance system and employee leave management.
- Process monthly statutory payment.
- Prepare and compile various payroll records/ reports, including submission of various payroll records per statutory requirements on monthly basis to the statutory department.
2) Recruitment
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities including but not limited to screen, shortlisted, arrange interview, prepare employment letters up to onboarding.
3) Industrial Relation & Staff Welfare
- Assist in conduct counselling and coaching for staff pertaining to performance and disciplinary issues including conducting investigation & domestic inquiry, where necessary, as part of disciplinary actions.
- Assist in performance management process.
- Assist in handle staff welfare matters, conduct exit interview, analyze the data and define action plans for retention.
4) HR Administration
- Ensure employee information is maintained and updated from time to time (both in system and personal file).
- Manage employee confirmation, movements, promotion, transfer, re-designation etc and issuance of letters.
- Plan and control the documents within the divisions to ensure standardization and uniformity.
- Prepare monthly HR report on monthly basis.
- Manage expatriate and foreigner work permit renewal.
- Manage office administrations (Company Car, Cleanliness, and Hostel etc);
- Provide reports and information as and when required by Head of Department and Head of BU;
- Drive problem-solving, continuous improvement projects and any other HR initiatives as assigned;
- Other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR and Administrations.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 year (s) of HR generalist working experience.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess experience in South East Asia payroll will be added advantage.
- Well verse with Malaysia Employment Labour Law.
- Knowledge in using HR2000 will be added advantage.
- Required Language(s) : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
- Possess a hands-on approach to handle day-to-day operations matters.
- Able to perform multitasking, independent, having a positive attitude and sense of urgency and responsibility.
**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
