Key Responsibilities:
- General HR operational functions such as daily HR policies & procedures administration, staff benefits claim, recruitment (interview arrangement, onboarding & off-boarding procedure, learning & development, leave management, HR Digitalization, employee engagement programs, company corporate events and staff welfare-related matters.
- Manage administrative functions for office daily administrative matters.
- Assist in handling of company staff insurance related matters.
- Assist in compliances & licensing matters.
- Ad hoc duties/projects as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skill
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
