**vivo Malaysia is hiring Office Admin **
**Location: Puchong Bandar Puteri**
**Salary: RM2500 - RM3000 (Based on experience)**
**Job scope**:
- In charge on office stationaries and pantry essentials. Stock count, re-stock and etc
- In charge to deal with cleaner company, printer company, electrician to make sure office are good to operate
- Issue PO, PR for HR expenses. Record and filling -Purchase flight ticket for employees (outstation)
- Proceed payment for office rental, hostel rental, bills (wifi, water, electrical, phone and etc.)
- Stamping for necessary documents
- Other ad-hoc tasks
**Requirement**:
- Able to understand / read simple Mandarin (Chinese)
- At least 3 years experience as an office Admin
