HR Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and benefits.
- Assist in the creation and organization of employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, ensuring necessary paperwork is completed, and assisting in the setup of workstations.
- Support HR communication efforts by drafting and distributing internal announcements, policy updates, and other relevant communications to employees.
- Assist in tracking employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Maintain organized filing systems for HR documents and records. Accurately input data into HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Support HR team in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits programs.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with HR projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or clerk, preferably in an HR department.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is desirable.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
