**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding processes.
- Address conflicts, conduct investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and proposing policy updates when necessary.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, relations and satisfaction, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct orientation, training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Draft necessary documents, maintain records, and ensure accurate personnel file management.
- Assists with planning and execution of activities during Team Bonding Day.
- Other admin and ad hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficient in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to speak and read Chinese (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
