Assistant HR

**Job Description, Responsibility and tasks**:
a. Assist to manage the implementation of HR Strategies and Policies of the organization including operation quarterly and annual budgets.
b. Assist to administer cost reduction strategies, budget planning analysis (OPEX & CAPEX) and manage all office facility maintenance and expansion projects.
c. Responsible for general HR activities including payroll, compensation & benefits, leave management, employee relations and other HR administrative function.
d. To manage human resource policies and SOP to make sure that they are legislatively compliant and reflective of current best practice.
e. Assist to Identify HR needs for business objectives and establish and develop HR Policy, HR SOP, Work Instruction and Company’s Employee Handbook.
f. Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
g. Handle HR related investigations
h. Manage and handle employee relation, counselling/ disciplinary and termination processes in compliance with labour and industrial relation legislation requirement.
i. Prepare and monitor staffs' KPIs, and assist in Performance Appraisals.
Perform other ad-hoc task/duties as and when required by the Manager
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
