**Recruitment and Selection**:
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Participate in the interview process and provide feedback.
**Onboarding and Orientation**:
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
**Employee Relations**:
Assist in maintaining employee files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities or employee recognition events.
Help address basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR executive.
**HR Administration**:
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
**HR Projects**:
Support various HR projects, such as performance management, benefits administration, or employee wellness programs.
Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives.
