**Talent Acquisition**
- Responsible to perform full cycle of recruitment of internship students.
- Research and propose new recruitment channel to management from time-to time
- Assists to do talent searching/headhunting job.
- Assists to support recruitment activity such as strategic partnerships with University/College in internship program.
**Employer Branding**
- Assist to enhance the employer branding via content marketing by creating content at multiple channels.
- Assists to research and propose the new mechanism or strategy to enhance our branding.
**Database Management**
- Responsible to support talent pool data management and ensure the information of data is always up-to-date.
**Talent Mapping**
- Assist to support partial of talent mapping:
Job Description Writing
Assists to do research on salary market info for each talent position.
**HR Generalist & HR Development job**
- Assists to support other HR Generalist and Development job from time to time as instructed by HR Manager.
**Job Requirement**:
Language: English, Mandarin, BM.
Good in communication in written and verbal.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
