**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparation and processing of monthly payroll and ensuring that all documentation are complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and deadline
- To handle matters of payroll and compensation & benefit
- Monitor the efficiency of monthly payroll and ensure all statutory contributions are timely remitted
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Ensure all company assets, office supplies, and general housekeeping are adequately maintained, serviced, labeled and secured. In charge of group assets including transfer, receiving, tagging, and proper documentation;
- Preparation, filing, and updating of documents
- Supervise external suppliers to ensure quality and standards are up to expectation
- Monitoring cleaners to ensure they fulfill the job requirements;
- In charge of maintenance issues in the office
- Providing assistance and support in projects, planning, problem-solving, and executing the department’s goals and objectives
- To maintain office pantry, refreshments, and office supplies
- Routine and ad-hoc reporting as per management request

**Requirement**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or any related fields
- 2 years and above of relevant work experience in any industry
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Willing to travel around
- Proven experience in HR roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
- Proven track record in recruitment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
