RESPONSIBILITIES: Key responsibilities: Administrative and Transaction Support Finance, Accounting and Administration Human Resource JOB DESCRIPTION: Finance Responsibilities: Handle financial planning and budgeting activities, including forecasting, expense tracking, cash flow analysis, cost projection, and variance analysis. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management. Support the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees and compliance with tax regulations. Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Manage relationships and liaise with Audit, Tax, and Company Secretary firms. Administrative Operations and HR Responsibilities: Incharge of the company's administrative operations and assets, including bills and rentals. Handle the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and training records. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-year experience in both Finance & Admin roles, preferably as a generalist. Sound knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and financial principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
