**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and recommend strategic changes to enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with department heads and executives to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in HR-related laws and regulations to mitigate potential risks.
- Assist department with ad-hoc work related task.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Computer literate, good in typing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Self
- starter, driven with high level of organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Position to be based in Puchong, available for an immediate start will be added advantage.
- Available for minimum 3-6 month(s) internship duration.
