Organizing HR schedule - date for appointments or any outside office task
- Assist in preparing letters regarding HR documentation
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing system - softcopy & hardcopy
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures by HR
- Answering calls and inquiries
- In-charge for uniform matters - delivery & received
- Handle company asset matters - to update listing & database
- Provide general support to visitors in HQ
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative to handle requests and queries
- Ad-hoc task by HR Manager
- Assist in preparing organization chart/poster properly - have basic skill in design & creative would be an added advantage

Requirement:

- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate with good working knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Able to perform multi-tasking job
- Have basic knowledge in HR procedures & policies would be an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Able to commute: Bubblebee HQ Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong
- Have own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
