**Responsibilities**:
1. Analyze industry and recruitment market demands, formulate and implement talent configuration planning and recruitment programs, while building and maintaining an employer branding platform.

2. Based on company policies and legal regulations, formulate and execute compensation and incentive schemes, including monthly salary, bonus distribution, and personal income tax payment, conduct regular salary market research, and optimize compensation schemes.

3. Handle employee labor relations procedures, develop labor dispute resolution and employment risk aversion schemes, maintain employee relations, enhance satisfaction, and liaise with government resources.

4. Conduct employee capability assessments, develop training programs to meet job requirements, organize training activities, analyze training outcomes, and promote employee growth.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree major in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in the Local engineering construction industry company, or other large multinational company human resources.
- Familiarity with Malaysia labor employment and social security policies and regulations, with a reserve of talent channel resources.
- Conversational in English, Chinese and Malay will be preferred.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
