**Your new company**
You will be joining a national organisation which has a reputable name in their market. They are currently expanding their business and is looking for an Assistant Manager - ESG, Risk & Compliance.

**Your new role**
This position reports to the Head of Risk & Governance and supports the development and implementation of the ESG Risk Management and Compliance frameworks
- Implements a set of risk reports, systems and monitoring mechanism, including losses and incidents and key risk and control indicators.
- Champions and cultivates an organization-wide risk culture and through accountability training and awareness programs.
- To actively promote the compliance agenda in the Company by leading ad-hoc initiatives and assisting in the roll-out of new policies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on timely report submission and follow-through on required actions to facilitate issues resolution

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Professional certification such as ACCA ,CPA, CIA, CISA
- 6-8 years of experience in audit, compliance, finance operations, risk management in an MNC company and comes with Big 4/ Mid Tier audit or advisory experience;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and influencing skills to drive internal controls strategy across the company
