**Responsibilities**:

- Food Preparation and Cooking:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.

**2. Kitchen Management**:

- Help manage kitchen operations, including monitoring stock levels, ordering ingredients, and maintaining inventory.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dishes, menus, and specials.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

**3. Staff Supervision**:

- Provide guidance and leadership to kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Assist in training new kitchen team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

**4. Workflow Coordination**:

- Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen workflow.

**5. Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to guarantee dishes meet quality and taste expectations.
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to uphold food quality standards.

**6. Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Monitor kitchen equipment for functionality and cleanliness.

**7. Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth service.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address customer preferences and feedback.

**; Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment.
- Profound culinary and cooking skills, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic kitchen setting.
- Creative mindset and a passion for culinary arts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 3-4 Years experience working as a sous chef and familiar with western cuisine
