_**Job Description**_
- Execute physician's orders for all patients including haemodialysis treatment and administering medications as instructed.
- Monitor and record the signs and symptoms of all patients as well the patient's assessment.
- Deliver health education, especially in renal care for patients and their families.
- Deliver the highest care for the center's equipment and property.
- Deliver the highest standards for quality, cleanliness, customer service and safety for the patients and staff.
- Monitor and record the data of all patients in the National Renal Registry (Committee of NRR).
- Committee of Infection Control Nurse
- Committee of Code Blue Teams (BLS)
- **Qualification**_
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing / Medical Assistant.
- At least one (1) year experience in haemodialysis.
- Possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Basic Life Support Certificate is an added advantage.
- Compassionate towards patients, able to handle stressful situations.
- Possess good bedside manner, teamwork, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
