**Responsibilities**:

- Administer staff medical coverage and process claims for travel and meal allowances.
- Manage general workers' affairs, including payroll, accommodation, transportation, and responding to their inquiries on a weekly basis.
- Establish and maintain employee files/records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle training registration for staff and manage the claim process with HRDF, coordinating registration for training programs and submitting claims accordingly.
- Update internal databases, including records of annual leave, sick leave, and other types of leave.
- Manage the registration and renewal of CIDB, SEDA, MIDA, MOF, and other official licenses, staying informed about new procedures and schemes announced on websites and other media platforms.
- Prepare detailed minutes meeting reports and official letters on behalf of Coara Solar.
- Review and renew company policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Communicate with external partners and government bodies to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related queries.
- Assist in making various internal arrangements when needed.
- Ensure office cleanliness is maintained at all times.
- Organize and perform the delivery and pick-up of documents, ensuring acknowledgment at various companies, banks, and government offices.
- Utilize communication skills for interacting with customers or clients, liaising with team members, and answering phone calls professionally.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Execute any ad hoc tasks as directed by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
- Provide support to Directors as required and handle ad hoc tasks efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR practices and employment-related laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
