Conform to the Standard Dietetic Practice Guidelines and Code of Professional Conduct of Malaysian Dietitians’ Association.
- Participate in inpatient menu planning.
- Act as the main reference point for therapeutic diet planning and modifications.
- Responsible in identifying nutritional problems, assessing the nutritional status of patients/clients, developing care plans and monitoring the effectiveness of dietary changes practicing current evidence based nutrition care.
- Responsible in monitoring the food service operation to ensure that it is operating in accordance to the nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards.
- Review and update hospitals/clients diet manual periodically, as well as coordinate the design and printout of menu with Marketing as and when necessary.
- Review, develop and implement new programmes of nutrition and dietetic care services as directed.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards; training internal & external parties; surveying customers; evaluating outcomes and feedback.
- Keeps management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; and making recommendations.
- Have experience in the nutrition food with good product and technical medical knowledge.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders
- Respond to customer enquiries.

Requirement
- Bachelor or Postgraduate in Nutrition/Dietetics/Bachelor of Science or any equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales or nutrition and science
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to empower patients in behavior modification.
- General knowledge of nutrition analysis and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge on preparation of therapeutic diet and catering services.
- Able to withstand the working environment (heat in the kitchen), to overlook matters in the food services department.
- Should be physically fit.
- Required to move around frequently to enable active monitoring of the food services operation
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Quick learner and forward thinker.
- Able to work under shift rotation and able to overtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
