**Role Description**

**Identifying Prospects**:

- Research and identify potential clients and customers in the pharmaceutical and nutrition sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Conducting Product Presentations**:

- Deliver compelling presentations to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Highlight the features and benefits of pharmaceutical and nutrition products.

**Developing Marketing Plans**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Analyze market data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.

**Securing Sales**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.

**Coordinating Sales Training**:

- Develop and conduct training programs for the sales team on pharmaceutical and nutrition products.
- Ensure that sales representatives are well-informed and equipped to effectively communicate product information.

**Detailing Efforts**:

- Engage in detailing activities, providing in-depth information about products to healthcare professionals.
- Addressing queries and concerns to build trust and credibility.

**Customer Relationship Development**:

- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key customers and clients.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.

**Market Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the pharmaceutical and nutrition industry.
- Provide feedback to the team to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Continued Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, encompassing written, oral, and presentation abilities.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in developing or executing Sales & Marketing plans would be an advantage to achieve revenue targets.
- Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding targets would be added advantage.
- Experience in conducting product training and providing support for customer relationship development.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in the nutritional or healthcare industry in Malaysia.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Health, Medical or Clinical Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Dietetics, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Marketing, or a Science and Technology-related field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driving license.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
