Regional Sales Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Regional Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth in assigned markets, developing commercial sales strategies, and executing sales and field marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise commercial sales strategies to increase points of distribution, shelf space, product positioning, consumer awareness, trial, conversion, and ultimately user acquisition.
- Manage multiple Key Accounts and Distributors in assigned markets, achieving OKR's set for the company, regional team, and individual performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in CPG, Spirits, Tobacco, and/or consumer electronics industries.
- Willingness to operate out of comfort zone in a new industry.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
