Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, business acumen, and a passion for delivering a frictionless customer experience. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, leading demand planning, and providing project management for identified opportunities/orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that drive awareness, education, and intent for assigned products and aftermarket services.
  2. NPD Commercialization: Develop and execute against detailed launch plans to ensure sales effectiveness, adoption, and excitement for new products and solutions offerings.
  3. NPD Pipeline Management: Stay informed on new technology and application trends within the market and recognize accretive business opportunities.
  4. Product Support Leadership: Utilize technical and commercial expertise to support product configuration, quotations, and securing orders for new projects aligned with company margin expectations.
  5. Demand Planning: Lead demand planning for assigned products by utilizing analytical, marketing, and sales data to estimate future product demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business with equivalent experience in technical sales and 3-5 years of experience in the industrial segment.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to identify business and market trends.
  • Experience building and executing growth strategies.
