Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide product-related technical guidance and consultation to the sales team.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify training gaps and develop sales enablement tools to support the sales team.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of applications, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional product managers, engineering, operations, and procurement teams to drive product development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Control, Industrial Automation, Process Engineering, HVAC, Business Management, or MBA.
  • 5+ years in product management, technical support, sales, engineering, industrial digitalization, or aftermarket services.
  • Proven track record in industrial companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement product strategies and business growth plans.
  • Proficiency in Malay and English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus.
